Pam Miller Pam has been engaged in the practice of law, focusing primarily on the areas of Workers' Compensation, Federal Employer Liability Act and Social Security disability since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1989, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree while majoring in history and political science. After graduating from law school, Pam was employed by Gary Lynch in his law firm and began representing clients in Workers' Compensation claims. Continuing to work with Gary in his law firms over the years, Pam has gradually added other areas of law to her practice, including the representation of injured railroad employees in Federal Employer Liability Act litigation and the representation of individuals in Social Security disability claims. While Pam focuses her practice in these areas, she has also worked with Gary representing clients in employment discrimination cases. Pam will be managing the Social Security and Workers' Compensation practices at Carlson Lynch. It has always been Pam's intention to practice law so that she could
protect the rights of employees and assist those who are forced to use
the legal system to seek the compensation and benefits to which they are
justly entitled. By focusing her practice on representing such clients,
Pam has been able to fulfill this goal and make a difference in the lives
of such individuals. |
